HSE Officer Changhua, Taiwan 1 Year Contract Salary NTD$80,000 plus per month Introduction - Our client, a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. Its Taiwan Branch is looking for a HSE Officer to support and assist in the management of HSE programs for data center construction project. The HSE Officer will be responsible for: - Assists in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and HSE needs of a client account(s). - Support the process for monitoring injury, illness and incident related performance within the assigned account. Support the development and implementation of strategic solutions that will improve the performance results as required. - Acts as a resource to staff and internal customers as the HSE subject matter expert. - Assist in overseeing specific HSE plans, playbooks and procedures. - Responds to customer member concerns regarding to HSE matters. The HSE Officer will have: - Minimum of 5 years of related management experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. - Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis. - Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. - A college and above degree in civil or HSE relavent area required. Consultant (Internal Position)

Negotiable (Above TWD $40,000)


Working hour- Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)​Develop and maintain potential clients. Understand and solve clients' human-resource-related needs.Ambitious to explore new clients in various industry sectors. Find and convert "good" opportunities and fulfil those requirements.Arrange and attend client meetings and advise clients on the right hiring decisions.Engage with clients to manage a recruitment process.Use computer systems and web tools to research and develop your network and discover good candidates.Communicate effectively with candidates (by phone, video links, face to face, at conferences). Keep accurate records of all interactions on the database.Understand the candidate's motivations and control the recruitment process.Demonstrate your understanding of industry career progression and the range of roles.Arrange and attend candidate meetings and interviews.Understand candidates' motivations and control the recruitment process.Create your business plan, knowing how to hit your milestones.Close deals when the responsibility has been delegated to you.Hit your targets and KPI's (e.g. the number and quality of candidates spoken, registered and placed, Gross Profit (GP), the number of vacancies filled and acceptance rates).​Other Conditions3+ years experience in consultant positions or relevant sales positions.Great teamwork and interpersonal skills.Challenge-oriented and goal-oriented mindset is a must. Demonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority setting.Bilingualism – Fluent in Mandarin and English in writing and speaking.
