The first stage of our process is to understand and define your need. We will meet with a minimum of 2 key stakeholders to discuss in detail and clearly understand your company culture, job specification, and ideal candidate requirements.
Supported by our professional research staff, and utilising our Intelligence Network, we will use both primary and secondary sources to map both candidates already known to us and to you and those outside of these networks.
We employ an extensive, multi-step process to develop our shortlists, including:
Exploratory phone interviews with 40-70 candidates,

As Group Head of ESG, this is a key position for the business, being part of the executive team and reporting to the CEO. You will be pivotal in building, driving and embedding the sustainability strategy and be accountable for safety across the business. You will also be responsible for getting the best out of your HSEQ team and ensure standards are met and exceeded. A background in Health & Safety is not a necessity, as being a proven leader with a strategic mindset is key, as long as you also have the aptitude to learn. In order to be successful as Group Head of ESG, you will need to have a strong background in CSR and/or decarbonisation, ideally within an infrastructure organisation and have proven experience leading others. There are several areas where you will be able to make an impact and expand and improve what is currently in place, and areas where your innovation and creativity is needed to set up and run new initiatives.
