Shirley Parsons is pleased to announce that our 2024 Quality Salary and Workforce Insights report is now available to download.
Supported by The Chartered Quality Institute, the survey gave Quality professionals the chance to benchmark their careers and considered topics including:

Our Insights Survey was designed to give both Quality clients and candidates a valuable tool to help them make better career/hiring decisions.
All responses to the survey have been analysed by Shirley Parsons Data Scientist and are included in the full report which explores style, culture and content, salary increases, satisfaction, gender diversity and the pay gap between male and female Quality professionals.
