Fraser, who originally worked at Shirley Parsons between 2017 and 2019, brings a wealth of experience in recruitment and financial services. Originally joining Shirley Parsons as a Careers Consultant seven years ago, he has since partnered with insurance brokers, wealth managers, investment banks, and VC-backed FinTech companies and, most recently led global talent acquisition for a data and analytics provider in the private investment market, building a diverse and world-class workforce.

Fraser re-joins Shirley Parsons as Executive Search Partner with a primary focus on ESG & Sustainability. He joins an established team of Sustainability and ESG Consultants who are also dedicated to identifying the right talent and resources to help clients achieve their sustainability, environmental and ESG initiatives.
