Act as project manager for implementation the new IT platform INTELEX, ensuring HSEQ procedure underline and support the INTELEX platform, creates transparent and valid master data structure across the organization.Lead master data process, focusing on accurate and timely master data delivery, including participation in yearly master data validation by third part.Responsible for HSEQ dashboard and master data reportingContinuously identifying areas for improvements bringing FLSmidth in among best in class in regard to certifications standards, legal requirements and best practices in the businessLead and drive optimization, standardization and ensure HSEQ is incorporated as a natural player in core business procedureEnsure design, developing and implementation of FLSmidth minimum requirements is based on objective risk evaluations/risk control analysis building a equal baseline for all FLSmidth operations in the industries, business and business unit.Lead our lesson learned sessions and follow up on implementation of mitigation actionContribute and participate in group audit, identifying horizontal findings and ensure those are eliminated across FLSmidth industries, region and business units.Be a central change agentYou are essentially the bridge between HSEQ and a global stakeholder community, and you have the opportunity to make tactical decisions that influence our entire organization.Experienced with change management and HSEQYour innate drive and excellent stakeholder management skills, along with your flair for IT systems, standards and legislation, enable you to obtain commitment from colleagues across departments, competences and geographical location and turn it into tangible results.Furthermore, you have:
