​Shirley Parsons Partner & Account Manager Helen Gibbs recently had the please to visit Shirley Parsons Taiwan.

During her visit, Helen met with the Taiwan team, enjoyed a traditional Taiwanese breakfast and discussed Shirley Parsons plans for the future.

With offices in Taipei and Taichung, Shirley Parsons Taiwan was launched in 2022 and is headed by Yu Pin Lin. During the last two years they have built a significant permanent local workforce providing Health & Safety services, expertise, and training to a number of infrastructure projects in the country.

Taiwan is one of the leading adopters of offshore wind energy in Asia and in high demand for HSEQ expertise in both construction and operations. Transportation and construction are also areas of significant growth in Taiwan and areas of specific expertise for Shirley Parsons.

Helen Gibbs has worked at Shirley Parsons for 12 years and specialises in the Renewable Energy Sector, helping find HSE and Quality professionals in the Wind Farm construction industry around the world.
