Head of Search

About Liam

My Name's Liam, I have worked for Shirley Parsons since its creation in 2005. Over the years I’ve experienced working with organisations across all sectors and across many countries. As one of the first hires, I have been fortunate in being able to help shape the company and see it grow into the industry leader it is today.

Initially I headed up the Manufacturing & Logistics team, before setting up our Executive Search division. The team and I manage senior appointments for the company across our key sectors of Health & Safety, Sustainability & ESG and Quality.

Away from work and family duties, I used to play rugby, and still an avid follower of the sport. From a participation point of view these days, I’m often spotted on the tennis court.
