About Chris

I work in the Executive Search division identifying and working with senior leadership talent including preparatory work and current assignments for upcoming “Head of” and “Director” roles.

I have been working in engineering/science/manufacturing recruitment for 23 years, this is my first year with Shirley Parsons, loving it so far.

My previous role was Recruitment Manager for a medium sized robotics & automation integrator who ran large projects at JLR, BMW, Bentley, Tesla, and Amazon.

My obsessions in life are collecting original high-grade Marvel ‘Bronze Age’ comics both as a hobby and investment piece. I also dabble with a few electric guitars and my ambition is to develop a pro-level bespoke pedalboard (and then all I need to do is develop the talent to justify it!). And to my eternal distress I am also a Spurs fan, a team that nearly wins everything!

I am both absorbed and fascinated by the HSEQ function in businesses and talking to divisional leaders I am always learning something new about how the discipline improves and empowers businesses.
