Kurt Larsen

Denmark - Managing Director

About Kurt

My name’s Kurt and I’ve been working with Shirley Parsons since mid-2021 when the Danish branch office opened and appointed Managing Director of Denmark in 2022..

I'm experienced in working with various organisations, across multiple sectors, helping them identify and appoint professionals in critical positions. Prior to working with Shirley Parsons, I had several years of cross-cultural leadership experience in national and international companies followed by 11 years within recruitment and business consultancy. This originated from my technical background combined with commercial understanding and thus, I'm experienced with both technical and commercial challenges to discuss and translate those into Client’s business needs. It is my aim to always deliver a pleasant and professional experience to both Candidates and Clients.

In my spare time I enjoy playing golf (HCP 28), paddle boarding and, when I'm not driving around in my electrical car I enjoy fixing up my old ’66 Mustang Convertible. Other hobbies include wining and dining with family and friends.

Testimonials

"We used Shirley Parsons Denmark and Kurt Larsen in our recruitment of a Quality and Safety Manager (QHSE Manager) as we ourselves have had difficulties in finding and attracting the right candidates both personally and in terms of competencies.

We got a strong line-up of potential candidates who all were very qualified and suitable for our needs. In addition, the documentation from Shirley Parsons Denmark was very comprehensive but still easy to comprehend and made it easy for us to prepare for the candidate interviews in a both easy and fast way.

Finally, Kurt participated in all interviews and helped clarify some aspects both for us and for the candidates. We have rarely experienced a more pleasant and competent partner in this area.

The biggest thank you and recommendation from OTIS."
