About Kurt

My name’s Kurt and I’ve been working with Shirley Parsons since mid-2021 when the Danish branch office opened.

I'm experienced in working with various organisations, across multiple sectors, helping them identify and appoint professionals in critical positions. Prior to working with Shirley Parsons, I had several years of cross-cultural leadership experience in national and international companies followed by 11 years within recruitment and business consultancy. This originated from my technical background combined with commercial understanding and thus, I'm experienced with both technical and commercial challenges to discuss and translate those into Client’s business needs. It is my aim to always deliver a pleasant and professional experience to both Candidates and Clients.

In my spare time I enjoy playing golf (HCP 28), paddle boarding and, when I'm not driving around in my electrical car I enjoy fixing up my old ’66 Mustang Convertible. Other hobbies include wining and dining with family and friends.
