Currently leading a Compliance & Audit team for a major construction organization, Jon is the Chair of the Chartered Quality Institute Construction Special Interest Group, established as a representative group for quality professionals within the construction sector.

David Myers, Senior Consultant at Shirley Parsons Project Services

David is a Quality and Programme Management consultant specialising in helping organisations deliver results that improve their business efficiency and reduce costs. David has spent 30 years leading teams to deliver large scale global automotive Powertrain design projects with Ford Motor Company and JCB. He has also spent 10 years at Heathrow Airport, where he became a leader in the project process, delivering projects of up to £300M.

Mike Hicks, Built Environment Sector Operations Manager at BSI

Mike will be answering questions. With a background in highways maintenance & construction, waste management & domestic/commercial cleaning and collaborative working, Mike has been auditing management systems for the last 10 years in these sectors. He will be playing a key role in the auditing of ISO 99001.

What is BS 99001?

BS99001 is the new Standard adding guidance and requirements for quality management systems applying to ISO 9001 in the built environment sector.
