Last year, over 1,500 professionals completed the survey, providing invaluable insights. The findings revealed that management style and work content significantly influence career decisions. Additionally, HSEQ and Sustainability professionals anticipate a 15.2% salary increase when seeking new opportunities Additionally, professionals in the Energy and Consultancy sectors expressed higher satisfaction levels, while those in Education and Rail sectors showed comparatively lower satisfaction.
