Shirley Parsons team visit college to offer students expert advice and support.

Dedicated to positively impacting every community we serve and giving something back.

Members of Shirley Parsons Careers and Projects team visited two local colleges this month to help students develop essential skills for their future careers.

The employability workshops, which were attended by over 200 students, took place at both Aylesbury and High Wycombe campuses of Buckinghamshire College and, involved support on how best to write a CV, interview techniques and preparation and how to stand out in the current market.

Shirley Parsons Managing Consultant Louie Covello said:

"Excellent morning at Buckinghamshire College offering advice and support to the students on how they can make themselves stand out in a competitive market when it comes to looking for a job and tips for their CV, LinkedIn profiles, and interview techniques. We hope we managed to inspire the next generation.”

Phillip Muston, Head of Careers believes these workshops help represent Shirley Parsons company culture of ‘positively impacting every community we serve’ and, due to the great feedback the team received, why it is so important to give something back.
