Shirley Parsons has appointed Paul Rigby as Quality Director, expanding the capability of our Project Services business to provide expert quality and business assurance consultancy to our global client base.
A Chartered Quality Professional and Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute, he has over 20 years’ international experience in delivering business assurance projects across a broad range of organisations in a mixture of roles and remains a valued contributor to the Chartered Quality Institute.
Paul’s career has included working for WS Atkins in Construction Project Management roles, before moving over to the position of Associate Director to drive several transformation programmes from risk-based assurance through to management systems projects on a global scale. He has also held the post of Head of Quality & Systems for Network Rail and acted as Interim Head of Quality for LUL Transport for London. Other work includes numerous Environment Agency projects and on a Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing and Research project.
