Introduction -

Our client is one of the leading chemical manufactories in the world, which specializes in providing advanced chemical materials to a wide range of industries across various nations.


The Project Document Controll & Administrator  will be responsible for:

(1)   Ensures that all project site administration activities are in accordance with company’s rule, policies and regulation.

(2)   Supports recruitment, replacement and termination of local employees.

(3)   Supports Admin Manager in preparation of various reports and important tasks.

(4)   Supports in preparation of various HR documents such as: Notice of Completion, Notice of Change of Assignment, Employment Certificate and others.

(5)   In-charge of processing Work Permit applications (new/renewal/cancellation) and other reports involved

(6)   Supports in processing the ARC card of expatriates by submitting the pertinent documents to the local authorities, agencies and other institutions concerned.

(7)   Assists in the arrangements of upcoming visitors, vendors, and mobilization of employees such as Orientation, Airport pick-up arrangements, transportation, hotel reservations, meal arrangements, gate pass, office setup and others.

(8)   Supports fellow admin members for expat’s accommodation arrangement and maintenance.

(9)   Assists in preparation of Office notices such as memos.

(10)  Medical support for expats, to coordinate with expiates and clinic or hospitals for medical care.

(11)  Deal with requests and/or complaints from expatriates and local employees on personnel/general affairs matters.

(12)   Focal person when there is a concern coming from local employees in the aspect of Working Rules and Regulations of the project.

(13)  Scope of Work will also cover general affairs for daily operation, support and backup.

(14)  In-charge in checking employee’s timesheet, troubleshoot if issues arise and making sure all data are accurate.

(15) Provides support related to Labor Management Meeting.

(16) Performs other tasks not mentioned above, whatever duties entrusted by the Administration Manager in respect of field personnel administration and office operation.



The role will have:

(1)   Experience of Administration/office work (3years above)

(2)   Fluent English (both writing and speaking), can be used as work language

(3)   Excellent with Microsoft Office including excel, word, PPT, etc…

(4)   Strong coordination ability & communication skills; teamwork spirit

(5)   Hard-working, attention-detailed, patient, responsible, reliable, quick learner

(6)   Respect to others (colleagues and other stakeholders)
