【Global Wind Turbine Manufacturer】Head of APAC HSE - 台北TaipeiPermanent Introduction - One of the leading wind turbine manufacturer in renewable energy industry.The role will be responsible for:1. Establish the HSE structure and approach at a regional level. 2. Direct and promote the company in building a proactive safety culture across all functions. 3. Provide support and advice to Global HSE and Sustainability and Regional CEO. 4. Advise regional management on safety and environmental objectives, targets and metrics and assess the HSE performance of the region. 5. Management of the HSE teams within the region, continuously building the capabilities of the teams. 6. Development and implementation of HSE projects, such as employee wellbeing, sustainability, management systems, working at all times in partnership with other stakeholders. 7. Ensure the implementation of applicable HSE standards and systems from the headquarters to the region. 8. Based on regulatory and/or legislative compliance, adapt or ensure adaption of the minimum standards to the region/ affected countries. The role  will have:1. 10 + years of EHS experience managing multiple locations in a global or regional role or managing EHS in a multi-site or multi-country capacity.2. Experience with the implementation of management systems compliant to standards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.3. Extensive knowledge of European legislation and international agreements.  4. Preferred experience in both Construction and O&M activities within the Onshore Wind sector, Oil and Gas or other relevant heavy industry. 5.
