Consultant (Internal Position)

Description

Working hour- Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)

  1. Develop and maintain potential clients. Understand and solve clients' human-resource-related needs.

  2. Ambitious to explore new clients in various industry sectors.

  3. Find and convert "good" opportunities and fulfil those requirements.

  4. Arrange and attend client meetings and advise clients on the right hiring decisions.

  5. Engage with clients to manage a recruitment process.

  6. Use computer systems and web tools to research and develop your network and discover good candidates.

  7. Communicate effectively with candidates (by phone, video links, face to face, at conferences). Keep accurate records of all interactions on the database.

  8. Understand the candidate's motivations and control the recruitment process.

  9. Demonstrate your understanding of industry career progression and the range of roles.

  10. Arrange and attend candidate meetings and interviews.

  11. Understand candidates' motivations and control the recruitment process.

  12. Create your business plan, knowing how to hit your milestones.

  13. Close deals when the responsibility has been delegated to you.

  14. Hit your targets and KPI's (e.g. the number and quality of candidates spoken, registered and placed, Gross Profit (GP), the number of vacancies filled and acceptance rates).

Other Conditions

  • 3+ years experience in consultant positions or relevant sales positions.

  • Great teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • Challenge-oriented and goal-oriented mindset is a must.

  • Demonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority setting.

  • Bilingualism – Fluent in Mandarin and English in writing and speaking.
