Description
You’ll be part of the Operations QHSE team, where you, together with your colleagues, will provide independent, expert, and professional advice and guidance to site management on all QHSE issues. Our team actively participates in and promotes a high standard of health, safety, environmental awareness, and culture at the wind farms in Taiwan.
Working hours- Day shifts, shifts required (8-10 hrs per day)
Five years of working experience, at least
Taking on recruitment and line management responsibilities for QHSE advisors and consultants
Coordinating resources and alignment between departments to ensure QHSE support and advice are provided to all areas
Leading strategic programmes to support the APAC business, such as training and culture programmes, crisis management, and Covid-19 management
Managing QHSE support contracts and budgets.
Other Conditions
Have significant experience in team management
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have a degree in an environmental discipline or equivalent
Have expertise in ESG frameworks and assurance
Are fluent in English and Korean, Vietnamese, or Japanese
Have strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
