A leading food manufacturer is looking to fill an EHS Manager vacancy for their plant in the Sheboygan, WI area. This person will be tasked with driving a strong safety culture and handling environmental reporting. They will work alongside plant and corporate leadership to develop and implement EHS policies and procedure that maintain successful safety programs. 

The Role: 

• Developing, strategizing and implementing a long-term plan for the EHS function
• Driving a culture of safety across the business to reduce injuries and accidents
• Promoting continuous improvement efforts in the EHS function, conducting regular inspections and incident investigations.
• Interact with regulatory agencies to maintain compliance with company and government standards

The Candidate: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS, IH, or a related technical field preferred
• 3+ years’ EHS experience within a food, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated communication skills
