Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk management. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation is preferred.
