“We are delighted to be managing this recruitment campaign for Alvance. This is a great opportunity to work on Europe's greenest aluminium plant in the most beautiful setting in the Scottish Highlands. The plant is powered by GFG Alliance's hydroelectric station located on the slopes of Ben Nevis and is the most stunning manufacturing site that I have seen”.

The initial recruitment campaign involves 5 key roles:

  • HSEQ Supervisor

  • 2 x Health & Safety Specialists

  • Environmental Specialist

  • Lab Technician

All roles have strong salaries, bonuses, benefits and a relocation package.

Ryan continued:

“The HSE specialists will play pivotal roles in offering expert guidance on health and safety matters, working in close collaboration with operational managers to proactively enhance HSEQ standards across the entire business. This opportunity presents a unique chance to work on a complex site, and you will be joining a HSEQ team committed to advancing your professional and personal growth.”
