The client is currently looking for talents for their new Fulfillment Center expansion projects from start to finish. The EHS Manager is a 6-month contract job, and the candidate will be responsible for monitoring and assessing safety programs of construction contractors, focusing on safety, occupational health, fire protection, environmental, and ergonomic compliance. 

【The EHS Manager will be responsible for】

• Guarantee adherence to relevant national regulations and EHS including conducting audits and generating reports.

• Provide technical support to project managers and construction manager.

• Supervise and examines safety, occupational health, fire, and environmental programs of all construction contractors through monitoring and audits.

• Engage actively in all incident investigations and take a leading role in steering the process.

• Evaluate EHS performance based on leading and lagging indicators, and provide weekly report to the supervisor.

• Offer on-the-site EHS coaching and recognition.

【The EHS Manager will have】

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum (major in Occupational Health & Safety / Project Construction & Operation)

• At least 5 years of experience in EHS management of major equivalent construction projects

• Communicable English

• Leadership experience is a plus
