This position is a contract role, and an ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. It demands strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for:

- Manage construction projects from commencement to completion.

- Supervise both onsite and offsite construction activities.

- Provide guidance, coordination, and supervision to employees and subcontractors.

- Monitor and assess daily progress of work.

- Perform regular site inspections to verify work quality, assess material usage, and enforce adherence to health and safety protocols.

- Handle contractual matters and address any arising issues promptly.

- Guarantee timely delivery of superior quality work within contractual deadlines.

- Foster collaboration with architects, engineers, and other relevant professionals.

The Construction Manager will have:

- At least 10 years of on-site experience in chemical, petrochemical, oil&gas construction projects

- Bachelor’s degree as a minimum 

- Fluent in spoken and written English
