Qualifications and Attributes: You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education such as MVK/HVK. Experience as a QSHE Officer, preferably in a BRZO-regulated environment. Proactive with strong persuasive skills, capable of inspiring colleagues. Enjoy refining procedures, documenting them, and ensuring their implementation.
