Together, they bring more than 17 years of recruitment experience, extensive sector expertise and a strong track record of supporting organisations across Germany and the wider European market.
Their appointments enhance our ability to deliver specialist recruitment and project services solutions across clean energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction, quality and HSE while building closer relationships with clients and candidates throughout the region.
Strengthening Project Services in Germany.
Dominik joins Shirley Parsons as Associate Director and will lead our Project Services offering in Germany.
With more than 11 years of experience, Dominik has developed extensive expertise across the Energy, Engineering, Construction and Medical Devices sectors. His experience helping organisations secure specialist talent for complex and time-critical projects makes him ideally positioned to support clients operating in an increasingly competitive market.
His understanding of workforce solutions and extensive network across Germany will further enhance our ability to help organisations deliver critical projects successfully.
Expanding our Permanent Recruitment capability.
Joining alongside Dominik is Niclas Lauer, who takes on the role of Head of Permanent Recruitment in Germany.
Niclas brings six years of recruitment experience and has successfully supported clients across Germany, Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom. His expertise spans renewable energy, infrastructure, HSEQ and property & construction.
In his role, Niclas will lead the continued development of our permanent recruitment and temporary employment (ANÜ) offering, helping organisations attract and retain the specialist talent needed to support long-term growth.
His international experience and understanding of evolving workforce trends provide valuable insight for clients navigating increasingly competitive talent markets.
