These promotions recognize outstanding individual achievements while reflecting the culture of development, collaboration, and ambition that continues to drive our North America business forward.
Audrey Sundin: Lead Talent Consultant.
Since joining Shirley Parsons in 2017, Audrey has become one of the cornerstones of our US Careers team.
Having successfully placed around 150 permanent EHS professionals, Audrey has built a reputation for developing trusted client relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.
This year, she has also taken on management responsibilities. Her promotion to Lead Talent Consultant recognizes both her commercial success and the leadership she brings to the wider business.
Hannah Rueger: Senior Talent Consultant.
Joining Shirley Parsons in 2022 with no previous recruitment experience, Hannah quickly demonstrated what can be achieved through determination, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
From presenting at the ASSP Conference within her first year to becoming one of the US permanent team’s most consistent performers, Hannah has established herself as a trusted recruitment partner for both clients and candidates.
Hannah also an active role mentoring newer team members, her promotion to Senior Talent Consultant is well deserved.
Tayla Brown: Senior Talent Consultant.
Few people know Shirley Parsons quite like Tayla. Having been part of the business since 2013, she successfully transitioned into recruitment before relocating from the UK to Boston in 2023, where she embraced the challenge of building her career in an entirely new market.
Tayla has become an integral part of the Boston office. Whether organizing team events, motivating colleagues, setting the pace in sales competitions, or delivering exceptional results for clients, Tayla’s enthusiasm and commitment have made a lasting impact on the team.
Her promotion to Senior Talent Consultant recognizes both her commercial achievements and the positive energy she brings to the business every day.
