How we Helped a Renewable Energy Leader Advance their Safety Culture
Our client, a renewable energy leader, wanted to build on their 2022 Safety Culture Assessment by evaluating progress and identifying new opportunities for improvement across wind and solar operations.
Background
With facilities in California and Texas, our client needed a comprehensive Safety Maturity Assessment to compare current employee feedback with 2022 benchmarks and guide future safety initiatives.
Implementation
Shirley Parsons designed a four-part assessment:
Reviewed 10+ safety programs against OSHA and industry standards
Updated and administered a company-wide safety culture survey
Conducted site visits and interviews across key locations
Analyzed data using seven leading indicators of safety maturity
Led by our Consulting & Advisory Services team, the project delivered a clear, comparative report and actionable recommendations aligned with our clients’ strategic goals.
Outcome
This assessment will help our client strengthen leadership accountability, employee engagement, and communication, ensuring their safety culture continues to evolve with operational growth.
