Chris Morgan is Interim Head of Consulting & Advisory Services at Shirley Parsons, leading the development and delivery of consultancy and advisory services across HSEQ, Sustainability, ESG and Risk.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, Chris oversees consultancy projects and managed service solutions, helping organisations navigate complex challenges, strengthen performance and achieve their objectives.
He also plays a key role in developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and expanding Shirley Parsons’ consultancy offering to meet the evolving needs of businesses across different sectors.
Chris brings extensive experience in HSEQ leadership, consultancy and business improvement, having worked across a wide range of industries including major construction, facilities services, highways management, rail, aviation and the third sector.
Chartered in both Occupational Health & Safety and Quality, Chris holds a PGDip and professional designations including CMIOSH, FCIHT, CQP MCQI and PIEMA.
Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, developed corporate governance strategies and implemented risk-based management systems that have delivered tangible improvements. His expertise spans strategic leadership, behavioural safety, organisational change, risk management and the development of effective business systems.
With a strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and engaging people at all levels, Chris understands how to turn strategic priorities into practical improvements that make a difference across an organisation.
