Her expertise includes sourcing high-caliber EHS talent, aligning candidates with the right organizational fit, thoroughly preparing them throughout the interview process, and guiding both candidates and clients through offer negotiations to ensure successful long-term placements.
Alexis began her journey with Shirley Parsons in 2023 as a Recruiter before being promoted to Talent Consultant. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver, she started her professional career in recruiting and gained over a year of experience before joining the Shirley Parsons team. Since joining the organization, Alexis has continued to expand her recruiting expertise, strengthening her ability to identify high-level talent, and developing a deeper understanding of the EHS industry.
Alexis’ approach to recruiting is built on strong organization, consistent communication, and a genuine focus on people beyond their resumes. She takes pride in maintaining continuous follow-up throughout the hiring process while building strong relationships with candidates to better understand their personalities, career goals, and long-term fit. This allows her to create more meaningful and successful matches between candidates and clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and pursuing new challenges whenever possible. This passion is rooted in her 15+ years as a competitive gymnast, where she had the opportunity to compete as a member of the USA National Team and later as a Division I student-athlete at University of Denver.
