A leading building products manufacturer is looking to add an Environmental, Health & Safety professional to support operations across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This role will be based in the Dallas, TX area and offers an opportunity to drive safety excellence, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a growing organization. This person will be tasked with partnering closely with site leadership, engineering, and operations teams to reduce risk, strengthen safety culture, and support regulatory compliance. The Role

  • Partner with site leadership to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations while supporting company-wide EHS objectives.
  • Analyze safety performance metrics, conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to improve overall performance.
  • Lead and manage EHS projects, safety initiatives, ergonomic programs, and continuous improvement activities across manufacturing operations.
  • Deliver and coordinate safety training programs, including topics such as incident investigations, lockout/tagout, powered industrial equipment, and workplace safety best practices.
  • Support environmental compliance efforts, including waste management programs, regulatory requirements, and site-specific environmental initiatives.

The Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an environmental, health, and safety role within manufacturing, industrial, or related environments.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA, environmental regulations, and workplace safety management systems.
  • Demonstrated project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional safety certifications are preferred but not required.
