In addition, Shirley Parsons led the implementation of a global crisis management platform, coordinating stakeholders, managing third-party relationships and supporting deployment across multiple international locations within an accelerated timeframe.
Acting as the central link between local operational teams and service providers, our consultant identified performance issues, drove corrective actions and ensured consistent service delivery across the organisation’s global security programme.
