MKS, a China-based global engineering consultancy, required auditing support on high-value mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installation projects within a hyperscale pharmaceutical campus in Bangkok. The project had encountered persistent performance issues with local general contractors, particularly around quality control and compliance during critical installation phases.
