Hannah joined Shirley Parsons in 2022 as a Recruiter based in the Boston office and was promoted to Talent Consultant in 2024. Prior to and throughout her time with the business, she has developed a strong foundation in relationship-building and talent delivery within the EHS market. Her experience has provided valuable insight into both client needs and candidate goals, allowing her to take a well-rounded, consultative approach to recruitment.
Hannah prides herself on fostering genuine, long-term relationships and creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates. Her ability to connect with people and understand their individual goals enables her to deliver tailored solutions that drive successful outcomes. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys starting her day with a good coffee and spending time at the beach. She is often there with her black Labrador, Brooks, making the most of time outdoors and staying active.
