Qualifications: HVK is preferred or BSc/MSc in Safety Studies Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. In-depth knowledge of Dutch health and safety regulations, with a strong understanding of EU directives and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk management. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation is preferred.
