QHSE Lead
Leeds/London/UK travel

£70,000 - £75,000 plus car allowance and benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multinational organisation in a newly created position, with a clear development and progression plan. We are looking to speak with Health and Safety professionals who are confident, resilient, ambitious and able to engender strong working relationships at all levels. This position will see you support a range of projects across the UK with occasional overnight stays. Whilst a base location of Leeds or London is preferred, anybody with good travel connections between the two will be considered.

The QHSE Lead will be responsible for:

• Reviewing, developing and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures
• Conducting site visits and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Travelling UK wide to support a range of projects
• Providing tactical and strategic QHSE support across the business unit

The QHSE Lead will have:

• A NEBOSH Diploma/ Degree in Health and Safety (Essential)
• Management level experience within fit out, construction or civils (Essential)
• An environmental/ quality qualification and relevant professional memberships in QHSE (Desirable)
• The ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel UK wide and stay overnight a few times a month
