A market leading high risk industrial processing organisation is seeking three Health & Safety Managers to form a new national "Centre of Excellence" for Health & Safety. The company is looking for H&S Managers to lead on policy and standards, assurance and governance or continuous improvement. The position is home based with national travel expected.

The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining the company's new health & safety management system.
Investigating and providing actional objectives for serious incidents and high profile near misses.
Providing input into tender submissions, customer presentations and completion of accreditation schemes.
Leading internal audits of the effectiveness of the company's Health & Safety processes and procedures.

The Health & Safety Manager will have:

Minimum five years Health & Safety experience in a high-risk industry.
Experience of implementing ISO 45001
Experience leading internal investigations into serious and/or complex incidents.
A health & safety background in any of the following areas: assurance & governance, policy & standards, skills & competence or continuous improvement.
