Kieran is an Associate Director for Shirley Parsons in the US, heading up our permanent recruitment and executive search team. He leads a large team of Talent Consultants and Recruiters, in both our ‘Eastern’ and ‘Western’ regions of the US, with the aim of expanding our team’s reach, as the leading provider of EHS recruitment services in the country. We provide tailored support for permanent EHS roles across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, logistics and distribution, labs and R&D, pharmaceuticals, transportation, construction, utilities, energy, higher education, consultancy, and facilities services.
Kieran joined Shirley Parsons in 2012, initially working for 5 years in the UK division, recruiting on a variety of HSE roles in construction, utilities, manufacturing and healthcare before transitioning to the US business in 2017, and relocating to Boston. Since then, he has worked with organizations of all sizes, in all different industries, throughout all areas of the United States to help them make excellent, long-term hires in the EHS space. He graduated in 2012 with a BA in English, from the University of Liverpool in England.
Drawing on thousands of conversations with EHS professionals over the last 13+ years, Kieran offers deep market insight and remains highly engaged with evolving trends and issues within the EHS landscape. He regularly attends national EHS conferences in the US, such as the ASSP Annual Safety Conference + Expo. Kieran enjoys supporting candidates, at all levels, with honest guidance to support their long-term career success and development.
Outside of work, Kieran is a passionate football fan (the European kind), and enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, and traveling whenever possible to explore new National Parks, states and countries.
