Cameron Ecker leads Shirley Parsons’ North American Project Services practice, overseeing both U.S. and Canadian operations. In this role, he manages sales and recruitment teams while maintaining full P&L oversight, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence across the region.
Cameron joined Shirley Parsons in June 2020, initially launching the firm’s EHS staffing division as a consultant before building and scaling the broader Project Services practice. His team specializes in supporting major industrial construction, renewable energy, and data center development projects across North America.
Prior to Shirley Parsons, Cameron began his career in Accounting & Finance staffing. Earlier in his career, prior to beginning in agency staffing, Cam worked in Division I college football recruiting, supporting on-campus efforts for two leading programs.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College and a Master of Science in Sports Business from Temple University.
Cameron is passionate about building relationships and connecting with professionals across industries, backgrounds, and parts of the world. He takes pride in helping individuals achieve their career goals while partnering with organizations to solve complex workforce challenges. Cam loves to ski, garden, and travel when he has time. He’s also an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, Go Birds.
