Ally Bliss is the Head of Executive Search & Market Intelligence | EU at Shirley Parsons, leading executive search and senior appointments across HSE, Quality and Sustainability throughout the EU.
Based in Amsterdam, she partners with organisations across Europe on critical leadership hires. Her focus is simple: helping clients define what they really need, navigate complex talent markets, and secure leaders who can drive performance, manage risk, and deliver long-term impact.
Since starting her career in recruitment in 2018, Ally has built a strong track record in executive search across a range of industries. She specialises across Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Sustainability, giving her a well-rounded view of the challenges organisations face today, from regulatory pressure and operational risk to sustainability transformation.
Through ongoing conversations with senior leaders and executive teams across Europe, she has developed a strong network and a practical understanding of what good leadership looks like in different environments.
Ally works closely with clients to run executive search and senior hiring processes from start to finish.
She focuses on:

Ally is based in Haarlem, Netherlands with her small family and cat. She relocated to the Netherlands from the United States in 2022 and helped to establish the Dutch branch of Shirley Parsons at that time. She enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with her family, and the occasional D&D campaign with her friends.
