Introduction - A global leading solar developer. They work with utilities, businesses, local communities and governments to help meet the rising demand for affordable, reliable and sustainable energy.

The EHSC Manager will be responsible for:

  • Work very closely with  development, construction, and operating site teams to drive HSE & C processes and programs
  • Constantly emphasise involvement in HSE & C process from all levels of management and front-line
  • Maintain strong, effective communication with tier-one EPC and O&M contractors
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of the applicable site based HSE Advisors
  • Conduct regular on-site HSE inspections, campaigns, and program audits at the construction sites, operating solar plants
  • Create and monitor HSE legal and regulatory programs for the offices, construction sites and operating assets
  • Identify training needs and conduct HSE inductions and training with all levels of  management and front-line employees
  • Actively participate in HSE design risk reviews, HSE procedures review to be applied in the contracts, pre-mobilisation workshops, pre-commissioning workshops, post-construction reviews, and O&M turnover workshops with relevant stakeholders to drive inherently safe design
  • Maintain operational knowledge and ensure compliance to construction, maintenance, electrical safety, local HSE regulations, standards, laws, permits, waste management and hazardous material management
  • Review tier-one contractor and subcontractor activities for safety concerns and deficiencies
  • Assist in the case management and investigation of work-related HSE incidents



The EHSC Manager will have:

  • Qualified Level B Occupational safety and health management personnel (乙級職業安全衛生管理員)
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a dedicated HSE professional managing HSE teams, programs, conducting site audits and providing safety training preferably within a utilities grade renewable energy company or construction industry
  • Lead or high knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.
  • Proficient in English
