An exciting opportunity with a global distribution, assembly and engineering business. You will be exposed to multiple different parts of the organisation and have the chance to influence the strategic direction of Health & Safety for the business. The company has a recent track record of growth through acquisition and will continue that growth moving forward.

The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

Driving health & safety cultural change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working across all areas of the business - warehousing, assembly and retail.
Presenting Health & Safety trends and accident data to senior management.
Establishing a structured programme of health & safety training throughout the company.

The Health & Safety Advisor will have:

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
Health & Safety experience in either mobile engineering services or warehousing
Ability to influence effectively at all levels.
Go-getter attitude and hunger to have tangible impact to the organisation.
