About Miranda

​​Miranda is a strategic business leader with vast experience across the resources, energy, and oceans industries.

She has worked alongside governments and regulators across Australia and globally, to help drive best practice and collaborative HSE and sustainability leadership programs and performance.

Miranda has experience working with large-scale, high capital and complex engineering and infrastructure projects and with major hazard facilities offshore in the marine environment. She was involved in the Australian response to the Gulf of Mexico Deep Water Horizon disaster and has led industry and government HSE policy and regulatory teams.

Corporate EHS Manager

A leading precast concrete manufacturer is looking for a Corporate EHS Manager to join their team in Reno, NV. Working out of their corporate office, you would be responsible for administering and improving environmental programs, and in partnership with the VP of EHS, support job-site teams with any environmental issues that may arise. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader, where you will be given every platform to succeed in the role. The Role: Oversee the implementation of all environmental programs to ensure a safe environment and compliance with environmental standards and best practicesMaintain regulatory database and compliance tracking systems for the companyConducts environmental inspections of facilities as requiredSupport environmental staff to implement and drive the company’s environmental compliance and safety culture. Ensure existing permits and programs are compliant with the relevant regulatory agencies. Maintain records for compliance reporting, permits, programs and EHS documentation. The Candidate: Circa. 3-5 years environmental experience working within either the building materials, construction or heavy manufacturing industries.Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline (preferred)Self-starter who is able to work autonomously  Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to interface with employees at all levels of the organizationBased near Reno, NV (relocation assistance will be provided to non-local candidates) - Remote working is not an option at this time
