Nick is a highly experienced company Director and Manager with over 30 years experience in leadership roles related to HSE&Q. He is passionate about improving people, processes and therefore ultimately business performance all to make a real and tangible difference. He has built effective high-performing teams to deliver service excellence and exceptional quality to solve complex business issues.
Initially he worked for many years in Consultancy delivering change transformation improvement projects related to his academic background in Human Factors and Ergonomics. As a consultant Nick has worked with a large range of different blue-chip clients across many different industries, from Finance (New York Stock Exchange), to Manufacturing (Cummins Engine Company) through to Heavy Industry (British Steel) . Latterly, he joined and worked with General Electric finishing as European Head of Environmental, Health & Safety for Gas Power in their Projects (power station construction) and Services business.
Nick is the Global Director of Consulting and Advisory Services (CAS), he drives, develops and grows our CAS offerings throughout the globe to a wide range of clients offering a wide range of services in Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Sustainability.
An ISEB certified and accredited business analyst, Nick also has IEMA and NEBOSH (both with Distinction) and an MSc in Human Factors & Ergonomics from University College London (UCL).
