Carolyn leads and supports recruiting efforts within the EHS Project Services, partnering closely with candidates and clients to deliver high-quality staffing solutions across complex projects. My focus is on building long-term relationships, developing recruiting strategies, mentoring teams, and creating efficient processes that support both operational success and an exceptional candidate experience.
Carolyn joined Shirley Parsons in 2022 and has played a key role in developing the team, implementing recruitment processes and establishing best practices. Bringing experience across both agency recruitment and corporate talent acquisition environments, she combines a disciplined, solutions-oriented and collaborative approach shaped by five years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Montclair State University.
Carolyn brings a relationship-first approach to recruiting, combining leadership, operational structure and people-focused communication to support both clients and candidates in fast-paced project environments. Her experience across agency, corporate and military settings allows her to adapt quickly, solve problems efficiently and build trust with stakeholders at every level.
She is passionate about mentoring recruiters, improving processes, and helping clients build strong, reliable teams while ensuring candidates feel supported and valued throughout the hiring process.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, fashion, interior design, and discovering new films and live music experiences. She also enjoys spending time at home recharging with great TV, creative projects, and designing comfortable, inspiring spaces.
