Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor
Home based with Midlands travel
12 month FTC, potential to be extended
£40,000-£45,000 plus company car

A global financial organisation is looking to recruit a Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor, initially on a 12 month FTC. This is a home based position that will require regional travel across the Midlands. You will be a solutions focused, commercially aware practitioner with the ability to operate across multiple sites, and a genuine interest in health and wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-moving, dynamic organisation with a strong international reputation.

The Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor is responsible for:

  • Delivering training on a range of safety and wellbeing subjects
  • Ensuring relevant policies and processes are in place to manage risks
  • Conducting audits, inspections and investigations across a range of commercial sites
  • Travelling regionally to support colleagues on all Health, Safety and Wellbeing matters


The Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor will have:

  • NEBOSH/ NCRQ Diploma or equivalent level qualification in Occupational Health & Safety; ideally Grad IOSH
  • Financial, corporate, retail or consultancy sector experience, accustomed to managing safety across multiple sites
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Excellent organisation skills, able to manage own diary
