Health and Safety Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 + travel package + benefits
A business within the telecommunications and infrastructure sector is going through an exciting growth period, and are currently looking to expand their health and safety team in the London area. Collaborating with site teams within the London area, you will be working towards developing the overall health and safety culture, systems, and performance, taking a coaching approach in order to make that positive change for the business. There is also scope for to bring on board a Health and Safety Advisor, so applications at a variety of levels will be considered.

The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:
Contributing towards the wider transformation of health and safety culture and performance within the business
Working in-line with a hybrid model in order to be both present on live sites, and create documentation and reports
Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and initiative to the team
Supporting the wider health and safety team to offer support, guidance, and advice on related matters
Assisting with the implementation of ISO standards, in particular 45001 and 18001
The Health and Safety Manager will have:
A NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent as a minimum.
A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level qualification is highly desirable
Experience in a health and safety career within the telecommunications, infrastructure, or utilities sector
Strong coaching, communication, and teamwork skills
