£50,000 - £70,000 + Car allowance (depending on experience)

We are excited to partner with a fast-growing company, operating in the Design, Installation and Maintenance services, specialising in the Security and Fire space, who are looking to appoint a Health & Safety and Compliance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate would lead on Health and Safety across the company across a range of offices and sites.

The Health & Safety and Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading on Health and Safety across the organisation, implementing and updating the company Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Identifying company training needs in regard to Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality
• Developing, maintaining, and updating the company management systems in line with ISO 45001/14001/9001/27001
• Conducting Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments, Audits, and inspections

The Health & Safety and Compliance Manager will have:

• Experience working in Health and Safety Manager position, ideally within Security or a related sector
• Level 3 certificate in Health and Safety as a minimum
• Level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• UK Driving licence and ability to travel UK wide on a quarterly basis
