A leading infrastructure company known for being responsible for major projects is looking for an Environmental Advisor for highways projects based in the Northeast and surrounding areas.

This is a brilliant opportunity to continue to learn and be part of a supportive team.

Candidates will be site based and therefore must have previous experience of site environmental compliance as well as a full UK driving licence.

The Environmental Advisor will be responsible for:

Supporting on environmental and sustainability matters by providing advice on site to project teams. Coming up with environmental solutions
Ensuring environmental compliance.
Production and review of environmental documentation
Assist with the delivery of environment initiatives and improvement projects within the wider infrastructure teams.
Assist in the development and delivery of environmental training.

The Environmental Advisor Manager will have:

Relevant environmental degree or equivalent
Environmental experience within a construction/civils environment
Experience of carrying out environmental inspections and audits
Ability to successfully communicate and be a team player
Full UK driving licence
