The CS & QHSE Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the Integrated Management System of the Execution Centers Locations, including internal audits and ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO45001/VCA-P certifications.
- Acts as the "Preventiemedewerker" in the Baarn-NL.
- Keeps the Country/Unit management system, policies, procedures, and KPIs aligned with CS&Q and SHE Global Industrial Automation and Global Process.
- Leads Customer Experience Council (CEC) with local team support.

The CS & QHSE Manager will have:
- BSc+ relevant to this role with at least 5 to 7 years suitable experience (HSSEQ, operations, projects) and technical expertise
- Fluency in Dutch & English
- Effective stakeholder management, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead internal and external audits
