Managing Health and Safety Careers Consultant

About Ryan

I currently lead the Manufacturing and Logistics & Distribution team at Shirley Parsons, we focus on providing permanent HSEQ Career Solutions. I've been in my profession for roughly 5 years. Previously I worked as an account manager and in recruitment.

I’m by far the best at Table Tennis within Shirley Parsons! I’m a big football fan, and unfortunately support Tottenham for my sins!

Last but no means least, I became a father in March 2022 and am looking forward to the exciting times ahead!

“Ryan was incredibly helpful to me following redundancy in 2020. He understood my knowledge through taking the time to talk and listen to me. His understanding of all elements of HSE&Q allowed him to source suitable jobs in my local area. Ryan took time out of his job and offered excellent guidance and mentoring to me. Again, his understanding of my capabilities and suitable roles ensured I was employed in the best position for me. I highly recommend Ryan as a skilled HSEQ recruiter and I have felt confident passing his details on to friends and colleagues.”

- Steve Metcalf, SHEQ Manager at Masonite

“I knew it was time to move on from where I was but I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted my next role to be. I knew where I wanted to be in 5 years. Ryan and Sarah helped me work out what role I needed to do to get there and matched me with the relevant opportunities and companies I would be a good fit for. Both Ryan and Sarah helped me work on my fear of interviewing and made sure I was at my best. In the end, I found the right company and passed the interview and I am really happy in the new role. I could not recommend Ryan enough for all the help and support.”>- Robert Jukes, HSEQ Manager at Northwood Tissue Limited

“I'd certainly recommend Ryan to any client or candidate considering using him - he approaches his work with integrity and enthusiasm, making sure everyone in the process is well informed and treated as an individual. A thoroughly likeable chap to boot, Ryan's an excellent recruiter you can feel confident trusting with your requirement or job search.”
