Chloe joined Shirley Parsons in 2018, starting her career in the Los Angeles office shortly after completing her undergraduate studies. Now based in Toronto, she plays a key role in People Operations, where she focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Over the years, Chloe has gained extensive experience partnering with exceptional companies and candidates across a wide range of industries. Her contributions extend beyond recruitment, she has been actively involved in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, represented the company at multiple HSE conferences, enhanced its social media presence, and organized countless team events, from office outings to virtual game nights during lockdowns.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys volunteering, experimenting with new recipes, and discovering the best local happy hour spots (especially those that welcome her dog, Jude, and serve a good glass of wine). An avid traveller, she often joins team meetings from different cities as she explores new places and cultures.
